Qualifications

• Ph.D. with 8+ years or MS with 10+ years of industry experience required.
• Experience in data analysis and familiarity with FDA and ICH guidelines.
• Ability to develop control strategies for gene and cell therapy products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and qualify potency and immunoassay methods for cell therapy products.
• Document experimental procedures and present results at group meetings.
• Support Quality Control on method transfer and GMP testing.

Skills

Deep subject matter expertise in pluripotent stem cell or stem cell-derived drug products

Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and data analysis software

Experience in developing and qualifying late-stage potency methods

Proficient in independently analyzing data using JMP or other statistical software

Education

PhD with 8+ years or MS with 10+ years industry work experience
