Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in aerospace, mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering.
• 15+ years in GNC engineering, specifically missile or aerospace systems.
• Experience with defense products and customers, especially in C-UAS.
• Expertise in GNC algorithm development (guidance, navigation, autopilot).
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall development environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement GNC algorithms for missile systems.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on software development and integration.
• Execute testing, data collection, and analysis, including hardware-in-the-loop testing.
• Work on 6DoF modeling and simulations for performance validation.
• Assist in test plans and reports, presenting data to audiences.
• Mentor engineering teams and drive process improvements.
