About the Job

We're seeking a highly skilled lead engineertomodernize OHAI's Revenue Cycle product portfolio with AI smart applications. As an engineering lead, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, developing, and deploying state-of-the-art cloud native applications to power our Revenue Cycle product suite. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, software engineers, and data scientists to unlock machine learning capabilities in all our products. Our new platform will be built directly on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) based on cloud native principles. We build to scale globally, leveraging state-of-the-art tooling, with zero downtime.

As a Lead Principal Member on this Team, you will be leading the effort in defining, designing, and delivering the platform using latest technologies on OCI. You will partner with product team, learn about the existing challenges, and influence the vision and direction. You will own the entire software lifecycle - development, testing, CI/CD and production operations. You must balance between product feature development and production operational concerns like writing run books, ops automation, structured logging, instrumentation for metrics and events leveraging a plethora of internal tooling at OCI.

From a technology perspective, this is a greenfield development environment with a huge amount of autonomy, leaving us free to build and innovate without being encumbered by legacy products and services.
