• Experience developing or integrating adaptive optics for laser-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead system architecture and define requirements for high-bandwidth adaptive optics.
• Engage vendors, develop specs, and manage acceptance criteria for hardware/software.
• Oversee integration, testing, and commissioning within beamline environments.
• Support growth of the adaptive optics team with mentoring and process standards.
