Job summary

White Rose Education is seeking a Lead Primary Maths Specialist – Mixed Age to develop and lead our mixed-age primary mathematics offer. You will shape curriculum, resources, and assessments used by teachers and schools across the UK and internationally, and oversee a capable Primary Maths team.

You’ll translate the National Curriculum and ongoing research into practical resources, deliver professional development to teachers and school leaders, and mentor colleagues while representing White

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and substantial successful experience teaching mathematics in the primary phase (at least five years).
• Experience of teaching, leading or supporting mathematics in mixed-age settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of the mixed-age primary maths curriculum and resources.
• Translate the National Curriculum and research into practical, usable materials for teachers.
• Design and deliver CPD and professional development for teachers and school leaders.
• Mentor and line-manage members of the Primary Maths team and deputise for the Head of Primary Maths when required.
