Crossover Health Medical Group, APC is seeking a Physician to lead a care team in delivering outstanding primary health to a defined patient panel. You will provide medical oversight, clinical expertise, and leadership to ensure high-quality, affordable care across our Primary Health model.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, availability for medical questions, after-hours coverage, and active participation in quality improvement and innovation within the practice.

Qualifications

• Completion of an ACGME approved Residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active state medical license for the work state.
• Current BLS certification and DEA Registration.
• Three professional references available.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered, comprehensive primary care within a team approach.
• Offer medical oversight and leadership to ensure quality care.
• Be available for medical and technical questions, including after-hours coverage.
• Engage in practice quality improvement and performance metrics.
• Adhere to privacy, compliance, and Code of Conduct policies.
• Participate in new health technology implementations and programs.
