Job summary

BOS Staffing is looking for an experienced Press Operator to manage a multi-daylight molded product press at our new facility near Athens, GA. This role provides the opportunity to work with advanced equipment within a stable, family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating multi-daylight presses or similar large-scale production presses.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues in manufacturing.
• Commitment to following safety procedures and using PPE.

Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring a multi-daylight door skin press.
• Managing upstream and downstream production systems.
• Maintaining stable production processes using quality data.
• Identifying production issues and minimizing downtime.
• Performing routine operational maintenance and inspections.
• Training assistant operators on procedures and best practices.

Skills

Experience operating multi-daylight presses

Strong mechanical aptitude

Troubleshooting skills

Ability to read technical specifications

Familiarity with statistical process control
