Job summary

Vizient is seeking a Manager, Presentation Design to lead end-to-end creative projects and deliver visually compelling executive-level presentations. You will partner with consulting teams to shape narratives, translate data into clear visuals, and manage complex content with hands-on design execution.

The role requires 7+ years of graphic design experience, advanced Adobe CC, and strong collaboration with senior stakeholders. Hybrid work in Chicago or Denver, with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead design for complex, high-visibility projects and provide strategic creative guidance.
• Strong ability to translate abstract ideas, data, and insights into visually compelling materials.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft PowerPoint; experience designing executive presentations.
• Experience with digital, video, or motion design tools (After Effects, Premiere) is a plus.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills; comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.
• Portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, storytelling, and execution across print, digital, and presentation-based design.
• Applicants must have work authorization in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of creative projects, balancing priorities and timelines.
• Maintain high standards for accuracy, professionalism, and client service across multiple projects.
• Act as a trusted partner to shape storylines and improve client-facing deliverables.
• Create polished, visually compelling deliverables including executive presentations and data visualizations.
• Navigate ambiguity and guide teams toward actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure consistency and alignment of materials.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members; drive growth of the Content Strategy function.
• Explore AI-enabled technologies to improve workflows and deliverable quality.
