Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or relevant field; or Associate’s degree with experience.
• At least two years of experience working with young children in education.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate curricula.
• Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
• Ensure adherence to DHS, NAEYC and Keystone STARS standards.
• Oversee classroom management and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate effectively with families and teams.
