Job summary

Cadence Education is seeking a Preschool Lead Teacher to join our dedicated team. If you are passionate about early childhood development with daycare/preschool experience, we'd love to meet you.

Under the direction of the School Director, you will plan and deliver developmentally appropriate curriculum, lead classroom operations, and implement Cadence Education programs while supporting the physical, social, emotional, and developmental needs of all children—including those with IEPs.

Qualifications

• Must meet state licensing requirements for Lead Teachers in a licensed childcare center.
• 6-12 months of early childhood or classroom experience preferred depending on education and credentials.
• CDA, CCP, EEC or NAC credential may be required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver curriculum aligned with Cadence programs.
• Lead classroom operations and maintain a safe, engaging environment.
• Implement Cadence Education programs and support IEPs if applicable.
• Collaborate with families and team members to support each child's growth.
• Ensure licensing compliance and safety throughout the day.
