Learning Care Group in Topeka, KS is hiring a Lead Teacher who will create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow Teachers, and manage classroom routines in a licensed preschool setting.

You will promote children's social, physical, and cognitive growth, ensure compliance with state guidelines, and build strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families. This full-time role offers a supportive team, ongoing training, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and center standards.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
