Learning Care Group is seeking a Lead Teacher to deliver engaging, educational experiences while mentoring fellow teachers and guiding classroom curriculum. You will support preschoolers’ social, physical, and intellectual growth and manage daily activities in alignment with licensing guidelines.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with families, ensuring child achievement and center success through collaborative teamwork and consistent program delivery.

Competenze

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
