Peachtree Academy is seeking a lead preschool teacher to provide a safe, nurturing environment while fostering social and academic growth for young learners. The role emphasizes longevity, developmentally appropriate practice, and collaboration with families and staff.

The ideal candidate holds a CDA/Associates Degree with at least two years in early childhood settings; First Aid/CPR may be required for Infant classrooms. Salary tends to be competitive within the local market.

Formación

• Must meet Group Leader Qualified by GA Dept. of Human Services.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children in early childhood programs.
• CDA/Associates Degree required.
• If in Infant classroom, must hold First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise classroom activities to support social and academic growth.
• Create and maintain a safe, developmentally appropriate learning environment.
• Organize activities promoting physical, mental, and social development.
• Communicate with parents and center staff regularly.
• Ensure health and safety policies are followed and children’s needs are met.
