Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred.
• State-required pre-service training completed.

Responsibilities

• Implement age-appropriate lessons using the Wonder of Learning curriculum.
• Create a safe, nurturing, inclusive classroom environment.
• Maintain open communication with families about progress.
• Supervise activities, ensuring health and safety standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development.
