Holy Family is seeking a caring, energetic Lead Teacher for the 2-3 year old classroom at our St. Joseph the Worker Early Childhood Center in Dubuque, IA. This 12-month, full-time position offers a nurturing, developmental approach and a supportive team environment.

The ideal candidate has early childhood experience; possessing an early childhood diploma or AA degree is preferred. Starting pay is $16.50 per hour with potential additional pay based on education and experience, plus benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead Teacher for a classroom of 2-3 year olds.
• Provide a quality, developmentally appropriate experience for children in the program.
