Job summary

EARLY STEPS LEARNING FOUNDATION in Minnesota is seeking an energetic Preschool Teacher to lead a class, assess readiness, and design instruction to meet students’ needs across the year.

You will create engaging lessons, teach early reading and math, support social and emotional development, communicate with parents, and collaborate with school staff to maintain a safe, nurturing learning environment.

Qualifications

• AS degree and state teaching certification.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines.
• Problem-solving and mediation skills.
