Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with early childhood emphasis.
• Associate degree with early childhood credentials.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to be trained.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Commitment to fostering Catholic faith in children.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and seminars.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate experiences in Preschool 4.
• Observe, document learning milestones, and tailor instruction.
