Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Senior Prefabrication Integration Specialist in Atlanta, GA to support prefabrication on complex projects. You will collaborate with project teams and prefabrication leadership, applying best practices and driving improvements across projects.

Responsibilities include tracking metrics, conducting analyses, and delivering training to teams while building relationships across Lean, Design, Pre-Construction and VDC. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture or related field (Preferred).
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 5+ years' experience in a manufacturing and/or construction environment (Preferred).
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• May require extensive travel.
• Must be willing to work non-traditional hours to meet project needs.
• May be exposed to extreme conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supports project-level efforts to integrate prefabrication work under direction from a Prefabrication Integration Manager.
• Tracks and records prefabrication related project metrics and may conduct basic analysis.
• Addresses questions and provides resources to project teams.
• Implements prefabrication best practices on projects through presentations, training and conversations.
• Communicates potential changes to processes and resources to prefabrication management.
• Develops knowledge of prefabrication resources and implementation guides.
• Engages cross-functionally with field, operations and supporting functions.
• Identifies opportunities for integration and develops recommendations for project teams.
