Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a State Pre‑K Lead Teacher to plan, assess, and instruct according to each child's needs and program requirements, preparing youngsters for Kindergarten and beyond.

As Lead Pre‑K Teacher you will lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, mentor teachers, ensure licensing and center standards are met, and build strong relationships with families to support each child's achievement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Family Studies or related degree.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines, company standards and Pre‑K program requirements.
• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and center success.
