Formación

• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience with young children in licensed childcare or preschool preferred.
• State-required pre-service training completed.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with children, families and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily activities and implement age-appropriate lessons using Wonder of Learning curriculum.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Maintain open communication with families about child progress and daily activities.
• Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities and ensure safety.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and training.
• Observe and document children's learning to inform activities and share insights with families.
• Support assistant and resource teachers and foster teamwork.
• Model positive guidance for social-emotional development and conflict resolution.
