Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Illinois Gateway Level 5 is required.
• Illinois Type 04 Teaching Certificate preferred.
• Prior teaching experience in relevant early childhood group setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PreK classroom and coordinate the comprehensive education program.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with curriculum.
• Supervise and coach Teacher Assistants and other staff.
• Ensure timely completion of paperwork and adherence to licensing standards.
• Engage families and maintain positive child development outcomes.
