Celebree School of Franklin-Cool Springs is hiring a Lead Preschool Teacher to guide and nurture preschoolers in a dynamic learning environment. You will support growth and literacy through engaging activities and collaborative teamwork with classroom Aides to develop future Celebree Teachers.

This position emphasizes safety, inclusivity, and hands-on learning, with an hourly compensation of $19.00–$21.00. The franchise location notes opportunities for professional growth and a supportive team

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is required; a CDA credential or higher is preferred.
• Minimum of two years of professional experience in Early Childhood Education.
• In-depth understanding of child development and behavior, as well as familiarity with childcare licensing regulations, is essential.
• Must possess strong classroom management abilities, including excellent organizational, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills. Patience and flexibility are also key attributes for success in this role. Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

• Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the classroom environment, including materials, equipment, and play areas, to support optimal learning and exploration.
• Establish open and ongoing communication with parents, sharing insights, updates, and progress on their child's development
