Job summary

Primrose School of Bear Creek is seeking a Lead Pre K Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in a caring environment in the Denver area. You will plan engaging lessons, supervise play-based activities, and build strong connections with families to support each child's growth.

The role requires a 2+ year track record in early childhood education, a relevant degree, and strong communication skills. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred, with ongoing PD opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a preschool/Pre-K or early childhood setting.
• Valid state teaching license or certification in early childhood education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Passion for working with young children and families.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
