Job summary

Chesterbrook Academy is seeking an enthusiastic Lead Qualified Pre-K Teacher to join our growing preschool community. Our goal is to inspire curiosity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning in every child.

As a Pre-K Teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to create engaging classrooms, design hands-on lessons, and foster strong relationships with families while supporting each child’s social, emotional, and academic growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old and meet state licensing requirements.
• CDA or 60 sem hours with 6 credits in Child Development, Child Care, or AA/BA in Early Childhood Education.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
• Passion for early childhood education and helping children learn and grow.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and build a positive classroom environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Create an engaging classroom where children can explore, question, and discover.
• Design hands-on lessons that prepare students for kindergarten and beyond.
• Foster strong relationships with families through communication and collaboration.
• Support each child’s social, emotional, and academic growth.
