Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience building in the Microsoft Power Platform with leadership skills.
• Deep expertise in Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint.
• Strong understanding of Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and relational data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Build Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, and Power Pages alongside complex Power Automate flows.
• Mentor developers with troubleshooting and collaborative solution design.
• Lead design of data models and app structures ensuring scalability and practicality.
• Partner with users to translate functional needs into technical solutions.
