Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in power electronics design.
• Strong knowledge of power semiconductor devices, magnetics, and thermal management.
• Proficiency in simulation tools such as PLECS, SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar.
• Proficiency with Schematic Capture using Altium.
• Experience with PCB layout and design tools.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Power Electronics Design: Design and develop advanced power electronics systems, including converters, inverters, and power supplies, from concept to production.
• System Optimization: Optimize power electronics systems for efficiency, reliability, and performance.
• New Technology Evaluation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in power electronics.
• Prototyping and Testing: Oversee the prototyping and testing of power electronics systems.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Collaboration: Work with hardware and software engineers to integrate solutions.
• Documentation: Create design specifications, test plans, and reports.
