Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of power electronics design, analysis and validation experience.
• Experience with SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, and avionics hardware environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop power electronics systems for high-performance flight vehicles.
• Lead design and optimization of power controllers and management systems.
• Develop and analyze battery systems including selection and safety.
• Collaborate with avionics, GNC, and flight software teams for integration.
• Conduct circuit- and system-level modeling and simulations.
• Support hardware bring-up, integration, and test campaigns.
• Define and execute qualification and flight test plans.
• Mentor junior engineers and share best practices.
