Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews across multiple pool renovation projects.
• Serve as the primary on-site authority for workmanship, safety, and job execution.
• Ensure renovation work meets company quality standards, specifications, and timelines.
• Conduct daily job site inspections and address issues proactively.
• Train, mentor, and hold crews accountable to performance and behavioral standards.
