Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Pool Attendant to oversee the pool area at our Biloxi property. The role involves supervising attendants, managing breaks, and ensuring exceptional guest service around the pool deck.

Responsibilities include escorting guests to seating, provisioning lounge chairs and towels, maintaining cleanliness, and performing pool maintenance with proper chemical testing and equipment care. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Biloxi, MS.

• Lead the Pool Attendants on duty.
• Manage Breaks.
• Attempt to resolve guest issues.
• Escort guest to seating area and supply with lounge chair and towels.
• Maneuver lounge chairs, towels, equipment, debris, and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of pool deck and adjoining areas.
• Perform swimming pool service and maintenance and maintain service records (e.g. test and maintain proper chemical levels of water, vacuum and use skimming net, clean filters and strainers, and scrub tile).
