Job summary

PayPal is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a core Risk Decisioning Platform. You’ll work with engineering, data science, risk strategy and UX to build scalable solutions that reduce loss, improve CX, and drive revenue.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product management, a technical foundation in scaled platforms (real-time scoring, ML/AI infra), and a proven track record delivering platform adoption across internal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Inputs to product strategy with cross-functional stakeholders aligned with the product vision.
• Implements the architectural roadmap balancing design, technical implementation, regulatory requirements, and time-to-market.
• Monitors metrics informing product success including usability studies and market analysis.
• Manages workstreams including analytics, customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Interfaces with product and technology leadership and partners with data scientists and UX researchers.
