Potomac Plumbing & Gas, Inc. is hiring a full-time Lead Plumber to join our growing team based in Front Royal, VA, serving Northern Virginia, Gainesville, Winchester, Stephens City, Marshall, Warrenton, Haymarket, Leesburg, Bristow, and Manassas.

As a Lead Plumber, you will be respected for your expertise and your time will be valued. The position offers compensation and benefits and requires leadership on residential plumbing and gas services.

What’s your day like?

You work a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, with no on-call, weekend, or night shifts.

As our Lead Plumber, you’ll start your day by heading to job sites across Northern Virginia. You’ll be the on-site expert, handling both water and gas line services, solving problems, and ensuring each job is completed with excellence. You’ll lead by example, communicate with clients and team members, and take pride in delivering top-tier service.
