Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of residential plumbing installation experience.
- Prior supervisory or lead role experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, and installation techniques.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to motivate and guide the field crews.
- Customer service approach and ability to communicate effectively with customers.
Responsibilities
- Supervisor plumbing installation crews in the field, ensuring adherence to project schedules and company standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to plumbers and apprentices during installations, troubleshooting and more.
- Conduct daily site walks to monitor work progress, quality, compliance and specifications.
- Coordinate material deliveries, equipment and project deadlines
- Assist in resolving customer concerns or project conflicts as needed.
- Support installation crews hands-on when necessary to meet project demand
