bluefrog Plumbing + Drain Headquarters in Florida is seeking a skilled Journeyman Plumber to join our team as lead field technician. You will perform diagnostics, service and installation of plumbing in residential and commercial environments while upholding the company's culture of educating the customer.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of professional plumbing experience, strong communication and problem solving skills, and a license as required by state and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional plumbing experience.
• Valid plumbing license as required by state/local.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with residential and commercial installations.
• Knowledge of Service Titan software.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to educate customers.

Responsibilities

• Consult/troubleshoot with less experienced technicians
• Interact with customers and communicate work orders and statuses
• Collaborate with service manager to schedule and complete jobs efficiently
• Uphold company values and integrity
• Assemble pipe sections, tubing, or fittings, using various tools
• Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances and fixtures
• Plan the layout of plumbing using drawings
• Perform maintenance of water supply systems
• Install and maintain gas and liquid heating systems
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used and customer interactions
