Job summary

OWL Services seeks a Commercial Lead Plumber to manage end-to-end plumbing projects across the southeastern region. You will perform repairs, installations and maintenance, while ensuring safety and code compliance in fast-paced environments.

The role requires 10+ years of commercial plumbing experience, independence, strong customer service, and the ability to read plans and coordinate with inspectors. On-call duties and driving to sites are expected as part of day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 10+ years of commercial plumbing experience.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to navigate customer portals on computers and mobile devices.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy equipment and materials.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Requires medical exam in accordance with DOT regulations
• Clean driving record with no traffic violations

The Role

We are looking for a Commercial Lead Plumber to join our southeastern team. As a Plumber you will be responsible for all phases of plumbing from start to finish. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and reliable services. Plumbers will also be required to be on call.
