Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, owning backend/platform systems in production.
• Demonstrated experience with high-availability, high-uptime services including incident response.
• Strong systems thinking across distributed systems, databases, caching, queues, and APIs.

• Own platform architecture at scale, evaluate backend architecture for growth.
• Drive reliability practices including SLOs and incident response.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and lead initiatives for improvement.
