Job summary

DTN is seeking a Lead Platform Engineer to design, build, and evolve the foundational capabilities of the Operational Decisioning Platform. You will own complex systems end-to-end, establish technical direction, and mentor other engineers while partnering with cross-functional teams.

This highly technical leadership role focuses on secure cross-account design, multi-tenant isolation, and scalable abstractions that improve developer productivity across cloud infrastructure and developer-facing

Qualifications

7+ years of professional software engineering experience building and operating production distributed systems.
Experience leading technical initiatives, establishing engineering direction, and making architectural decisions.
Mentoring other engineers through technical guidance and code reviews.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, delivery, operation, and evolution of complex platform capabilities.
Define problems, evaluate architectural tradeoffs, and propose scalable, secure, maintainable solutions.
Own components end-to-end from developer interfaces to cloud infrastructure.
Develop developer-facing APIs, SDKs, CLIs, and module frameworks for platform use.
Mentor engineers and set engineering standards in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture.
