Job summary

Stone Plastics & Manufacturing is hiring for a 1st Shift role from 7am to 3pm. This position will support Team Leaders by changing molds and covering team lead vacations. Additionally, the Support Team Member will assist in equipment PM's.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in plastic injection molding is preferred.
• Technical manufacturing knowledge is strongly desired.

• Support Team Leaders in their tasks.
• Change Molds for production.
• Cover Team Lead Vacations when needed.
• Perform PM's on Equipment.

General Functions:

My purpose is to train and supervise the Support Team Member's who directly SUPPORT the Coach by efficiently and accurately changing over our production equipment from job to job. This supports the Coach in our effort to create good parts on time for our customers so they will continually grow trust and confidence in me and my organization. I do this because I know our reputation is our most valuable asset. This creates more opportunity for both myself and Stone Plastics and therefore our success is based on how well I perform my primary functions.
