Valicor Environmental Services is seeking a Lead Plant Operator for our Mansfield, OH facility. The role involves leading daily plant activities, operating pumps and valves, and coordinating loading/unloading of trucks to ensure efficient plant operations.

The ideal candidate has forklift/warehouse experience, can lift 50+ pounds, and is committed to safety. Pre-screening, including background checks and drug screening, is required.

Qualifications

• Forklift/warehouse experience preferred.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds.
• Willing to undergo pre-screening including background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks at the facility
• Log in all weights and counts of loads
• Operate pumps and valves
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all plant safety policies and practices
• May lead and coordinate daily plant activities
