Range is building AI-powered wealth management solutions to simplify financial lives for members. The Lead Planner will head a team of financial planners, while staying hands-on with planning and delivering exceptional member experiences.

Based at Range HQ in McLean, VA or hub locations in NYC or Bellevue, you’ll collaborate with product and engineering to refine tools and drive thoughtful, compliant planning for clients.

Qualifikationen

• CFP, CPA, CFA, EA, or equivalent designation.
• 9+ years in client-facing financial services.
• Experience in tax planning and building tax projections.
• Experience delivering financial advice to consumers.
• Strong investment knowledge and planning expertise.
• Experience using financial services technology.
• Interest in tech and improving the industry.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and written communication skills.
• BS/BA in Finance or Accounting preferred.
