EGC Construction is seeking a piping foreman for process/utility piping systems in the Food & Beverage and Pharmaceutical industries. Join a team of experienced professionals and contribute to safe, quality-driven project execution.

You will mentor foremen, manage subcontractor communications, oversee cost updates, and coordinate change orders while maintaining strong client relations on site. A proactive leader with construction background is essential.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification required.
• 8+ years construction experience.
• 3+ years in foreman/leadership role.
• Must be self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to other states; travel within 50-mile radius a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and help to grow lead craft workers.
• Manage contract administration (subcontract/field management meeting for communication).
• Develop a program to maintain good client relations involving staff on site.
• Initiate and attend supplementary and regular meetings with client for problem resolution and planning.
• Oversee and approve monthly job cost updates and quarterly cash flow projections.
• Review, approve and negotiate change orders.
• Develop and implement a plan for project completion and turnover.
• Maintain daily records for documentation.
• Ensure performance evaluations are completed timely for direct reports.
