Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe site ensuring team member safety.
• Plan, schedule, and execute daily tasks for site and crew.
• Meet daily production goals.
• Operate while leading the site and crew.
• Communicate effectively.

Skills

Calculate, shoot, and set grade elevations

Calculate volume/cubic yards of material

Read survey and lay out stakes

Operate equipment (bulldozers, backhoe, etc.)

Supervise and lead crew

Manage job site and subcontractors

Education

High school diploma or GED
