Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent; related field experience preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate thorough knowledge to supervise craft workers.
• Train and enforce safety practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Superintendent and Project Management to organize crew, materials, and equipment to maximize productivity and quality within budget.
• Inspect work progress and equipment to verify safety and contract specifications.
• Maintain reporting records including quantities, productivity, time sheets, and management reports.
• Assist in developing weekly schedules and sequencing of activities for assigned crew.
• Ensure timely completion of work within estimated costs while upholding company quality.
