Qualifications

• 500 hours of experience in Pilates instruction or equivalent required.
• Ability to mentor and train other instructors.
• Strong commitment to high instructional standards.

Responsibilities

• Teach high-quality, engaging Pilates classes.
• Mentor and support instructors with training and feedback.
• Assist with instructor scheduling and class coverage.
• Maintain a strong studio presence for member engagement.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager for brand consistency.
• Support community engagement efforts for studio growth.
