David Ensignia Tennis Academy Inc. is seeking an outgoing and energetic Pickleball Coach to join our team in Miami. You will design and lead skill-appropriate practices, mentor players, and assist with team administration to support our large pickleball community.

The role requires previous pickleball coaching experience, strong communication, and a focus on health and safety. Growth opportunities and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience coaching Pickleball.
• Comfortable with speaking to players.
• Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred but not required.
• First aid and CPR-certified (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Follow age-appropriate workouts focusing on technique, endurance, skill development, and drills.
• Lead structured practices
• Provide positive feedback, guidance, and encouragement
• Individualize practices to suit each player's level
• Good communication
• Follow all health and safety guidelines
• Assist with all administrative matters relating to the team
