Job summary

Mora Cares is looking for a dedicated medical provider to offer high-quality care to adult patients. This full-time role involves evaluating and treating around 20 patients daily, managing prescriptions, and collaborating with teammates.

The position requires an active TX medical license and board certification in Internal or Family Medicine. A competitive salary of $200,000–$225,000 is offered, along with a performance bonus and generous benefits including health insurance and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Must maintain an active TX medical license in good standing.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required.
• Prior work experience is NOT required.

Job Description

As a medical provider, you will have a pivotal role in providing high-quality comprehensive medical care to patients across the adult age group. You will serve as their first point of contact for preventative care, acute illness management, chronic disease management and health promotion.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat ~20 patients per day.
• Review bloodwork and refill prescriptions on day to day basis as they come in.
• Work as a team - questions and collaboration are encouraged.
• Maintain a TX license to practice medicine in good standing.

Schedule

• Full-time with the expectation to work 4 days per week, Monday-Thursday (10-hour days).

Qualifications

• Active license to practice medicine in the state of Texas.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Prior work experience is NOT required.

Language

• English is required, and Spanish is a plus.

Compensation

• Market value salary plus yearly bonus.
• Retirement plan (401k) and match provided.

Salary: $200,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year plus a performance bonus of up to 15% of your base salary.
