Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Saugus, MA is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver exceptional outpatient care while building our new clinic.

You’ll evaluate and treat orthopedic, neurological, vestibular and balance patients, lead clinical standards, and collaborate with ownership on growth and community outreach.

Licensed PT or license-eligible, with 3 years' experience preferred; you’ll foster a patient-centered culture and pursue long-term leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible).
• 3 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Patient-centered outpatient care focus.
• Interest in leadership, mentorship and long-term growth.
• Entrepreneurial mindset is a plus, but patient care comes first.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Perform evaluations and deliver individualized treatment plans for orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance patients.
• Leadership & Clinic Development: Establish clinical standards, workflows, and best practices; lead by example in patient engagement and care quality; collaborate with ownership on clinic growth and community outreach.
