Job summary

Home of Guiding Hands seeks a Lead Physical Therapist to advance the Early Start Program for infants and toddlers in San Diego and Imperial Counties. This full-time role blends direct patient care with staff development, mentoring other therapists, and shaping program quality.

The ideal candidate holds a California PT license, a CAPTE-accredited Master's, and at least one year of pediatric experience. The position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

  • Current California Physical Therapist license.
  • Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (CAPTE accredited).
  • At least one year of pediatric experience (birth to age 3).
  • At least one year working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As our Lead Physical Therapist, you'll work directly with children from birth to age three and their families by:
