Job summary

Calqulate is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants to ensure quality care in a dynamic clinical setting.

The role requires CAPTE-accredited program graduate, current California licensure, CPR certification, and strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills. Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs and remain active throughout shifts.

Qualifications

Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
Current state physical therapy licensure in California and CPR certification.
Strong clinical problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain active (standing/walking) throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with medically necessary therapy.
Maintain timely progress notes and documentation of goals and outcomes.
Supervise and coach assistants and aides to deliver quality care.
Ensure compliance with state Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
