Bay State Physical Therapy, a leading provider of outpatient physical therapy in the Northeast, is seeking a Lead Physical Therapist to join our team. You'll serve as an integral part our team providing guidance and serving as a resource to our other PTs. At the Swampscott clinic, our close-knit team values collaboration, support, and learning, creating a welcoming environment where clinicians can grow and feel connected. Conveniently located near the Swampscott MBTA commuter rail station, our clinic offers easy access for both patients and clinicians. In addition to a full range of physical therapy services, we also offer occupational therapy as well as dry needling. We treat a diverse patient population across cultures and ages. Many of our patients are local high school students from just across the street.
