Job summary

Sport Ortho Urgent Care is seeking a Lead Physical Therapist for our Antioch, TN outpatient orthopedic team. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality conservative musculoskeletal care within a collaborative, single-roof orthopedic model.

You will manage a measured caseload, partner with PA/NPs and surgeons, and benefit from a $5,000 sign-on bonus plus annual incentives in recognition of exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy license (required).
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (new grads welcome).
• Positive, team-oriented mindset, with a passion for integrated orthopedic care.
• CPR certification (preferred).
